This week I spoke to about 40 students at my local college, Tyne met (http://www.tynemet.ac.uk/) studying a Communications module.   I was asked to touch on the recruitment process and what works in interviews and what doesn’t.  I found myself telling them some stuff that I think everyone would find useful.
