    I tend to sleep the same amount of hours each night, it took a while for me to get into the right sleeping habits though. Now, I try to go to bed at the same time each night and usually wake up without an alarm around the same time each morning.

    The best tip that helped improve my sleeping pattern was to actually reduce my intake of caffeine, especially few hours before sleeping each night.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to send in your post.

      One of the worst things about stress is that if it affects your sleep and you are perpetually tired it only adds to your stress levels and the cycle just keeps going until you pop! I suspect many of us don’t really give enough thought to the overall affect poor sleeping habits can have on our lives and it sounds like you have got it sorted for yourself. Well done!
